Okay so technically speaking I believe all the judges are voted upon.  It seem I remember voting for judges at one point in my life at least.

Referees though – I am not sure who in the heck appoints them.

This is how the day went.  Mr. Lemonhead and Ms. Leech were in court together (how sweet isn’t it?!).  They hung all over each other; him in a suit and tie and her in a nice dress and heels.  He was using him phone in the courtroom; like your not supposed to (again he struggles with following orders).

Basically what he was asking for was; a totally new visitation schedule with make up days, my baby to not be allowed to go to a new school district and him to have full access to all of my baby’s appointments (technically speaking what he really wanted was to have to make me change the day they were on).

If anyone remembers I changed the visitation schedule in order to get one entered.  That and the issues we were having with the appointments and him changing them and all and the lack of consistency with him getting the meds.

So this is what was given; the mediation schedule with no make up time, my baby can’t go to a new school – we have to go to court for them to decide where he goes, and he still has full access to all of my baby’s appointments.

So it wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for and I won’t get into the real why’s of it now but at least there is a visitation schedule in place from this point forward.

The referee was not the best person in the world but she was what she was.

Now we move onto the custody evaluation.  That starts on Monday.
